Arrive at Paro International Airport, one of the world's most scenic landings. Meet your guide and drive to Thimphu, Bhutan's capital. After check-in and some rest, begin exploring Bhutan's capital city.
Drive to Paro Valley in the morning. Visit Rinpung Dzong, known for its traditional Bhutanese architecture, and the National Museum. Later in the day, take a gentle walk along the river or through nearby villages. The evening is free to explore Paro town or rest at your hotel.
Early morning hike to Paro Taktsang, one of Bhutan's most iconic monasteries. The temple is dramatically perched on a cliff 1000 metres above the Paro Valley and is an important pilgrimage site. In the evening, you may choose to experience a traditional Bhutanese hot stone bath at your hotel or a local farmhouse (optional), a relaxing way to unwind after the hike.
